Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at GT Towing Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Usually within 24 hours). Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

GT Towing Ltd are not open during the Easter & Christmas period, so please expect delays around this time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your dispatchment may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

GT Towing Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

GT Towing Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

A signature is required on receipt of goods. Items will not be left without signature.

Items can be pre-ordered for in-store collection for Free (We will call to confirm your order is ready for collection).

Items despatched to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland are subject to a Surcharge.

Additional Charges may apply to Scottish Isles and some Scottish Post Codes - (IV, KW1-14, PA/PH34, PA/PH37-39, PH41 Sector4 and PH49-50).

Surcharges apply to any destination outside UK mainland, or any destination that require an overseas carrier.

 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original, un-damaged packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must be returned at your own cost, unless goods were delivered damaged or wrong goods were delivered.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
