COLLECTION & RETURN DETAILS
Trailers must be collected and returned from the following address;
GT Towing Ltd

Collection and return times are as follows;
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Trailers must not be collected or returned outside of these hours.
Minimum Hire Charge (Up to 36 hours): £72.00
Over 36 hours: £48.00 Per Day
Weekly Rate (7 Days): £288.00
Special Weekend Rate*: £72.00
*Collect: Friday Between 4pm & 5pm or Saturday between 8:30am & 12:30pm.
Return: Monday between 8:30am & 10:00am.
All prices include VAT.
HIRER REQUIREMENTS;
- Valid Certificate of Motor Insurance
- Payment via Debit or Credit Card
- Valid Picture/Card Driving Licence (UK)
- Utility Bill within the last 3 months
All 4 documents must all be present upon collection of the hire trailer. All 4 documents must be in the same name & address. All 4 documents must match the person/name of the booked hire.
Goods, Trailers and Accessories not returned will be charged for at the manufacturer’s current list price.
The hire will ensure that the goods will not be used:
i) For Hire
ii) For any Illegal Purposes
iii) Outside England, Wales or Otherwise without prior consent
iv) Will not Lend, Sell or otherwise part with the Goods or Trailer
The Hirer shall fully and completely indemnify the owner in respect of all claims by any person, whomsoever, for injury to person or property, caused by or in connection with, or arising out of the use of the goods or trailer.
The hirer shall insure, using his/her own insurance, all risks of loss or damage to the goods or trailer during the period of hire, whilst the goods are both attached to or detached from any vehicle.
If taken overseas, comprehensive cover including recovery back to G T Towing is required.
The Hirer shall be liable as owner of the vehicle in respect of any of the following offences which may be committed with respect to that vehicle when stationary and when a fixed penalty notice is issued; being on the road during the hours of darkness without the lights or reflectors required by law; waiting, or being left parked, or being loaded or unloaded in a road, and non-payment of the charge made at a street parking place.
The Hirer agrees to pay on demand;
The rental for the trailer or goods and accessories
The excess amount in respect of each incident resulting in damage to or loss of the trailer, goods, accessories or any property left in the trailer or goods.
The Hirer shall inform the hiring company when the equipment is in need of repair or adjustment and not authorise any person other than the Hiring Company to carry out any repairs or adjustments.
IMPORTANT: Trailers can only be returned when a member of staff is present. Keys not returned will be charged at £25.00. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that the trailer will not be returned at the agreed time and additional charges will be applied.

Size restrictions apply (length, width, height & weight). Royal Mail max length is 0.60cm. Courier max length is 1.00m. GT Towing may alter without notice the courier used to best meet delivery requirements. Any delays as a result will be communicated prior to dispatch. GT Towing reserve the right to review the carriage charge after purchase and request a surcharge for any parcel that exceeds courier size restrictions and price band. Some items are only available for collection due to size and weight restrictions. This is shown on each product, and automatically calculated in the cart upon checkout.
NOTE: Not applicable for hire items. All hire items are collection only.
