📋 Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Purchase Requirements
- Available only when purchasing a brand-new trailer.
- Cannot be added at a later date.
- Plan cannot be transferred to another trailer.
- Full payment required at time of trailer purchase.
Service Coverage & Conditions
- Includes fixed service charge for three annual services.
- Parts, additional labour, consumables and repairs are not included.
- All servicing must be carried out at GT Towing workshops (no mobile servicing).
- The plan is with GT Towing only — not Ifor Williams or any Ifor Williams distributor.
- Workshop appointments subject to availability.
Service Deadlines
- Each service must be booked by the end of the month following the 12-month anniversary of trailer purchase or previous service.
- Missed services cannot be back-dated and are forfeited.
- Plan expires at the end of the month following the month 3 years after purchase.
- Email reminders sent 30 days before each service deadline.
Refunds, Transfers & Cancellation
- Non-refundable if trailer is sold, stolen or written off.
- Plan does not follow trailer to a new owner.
- Customer may cancel within 14 days if no service has been carried out.
- Cancellation must be sent by email to sales@gttowing.co.uk.
- 14-day cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- No refunds after 14 days.
General Terms
- Missed or un-booked services are forfeited.
- Plan cannot be exchanged or credited.
- GT Towing may adjust workshop hours or availability.
- Excessive wear, misuse or commercial overloading may incur additional repair costs.
By purchasing the GT Towing 3-Year Service Plan, you agree to all terms and conditions above.

📦 Please note: Size restrictions apply (length, width, height & weight). Royal Mail max length is 60cm. Courier max length is 1m.
GT Towing may alter the courier used without notice to best meet delivery requirements. Any resulting delays will be communicated prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to review the carriage charge after purchase and request a surcharge for any parcel exceeding courier size restrictions.
Some items are only available for collection due to size and weight. This will be indicated on the product and calculated at checkout.
Delivery outside of the UK is not available.
