Number Plate
Each trailer includes a fitted holder for your registration plate. Please bring your existing number plate with you when collecting the trailer. If you don’t have one, you’ll be offered the option to add a number plate to your booking during the online checkout process.
Pricing
Minimum Hire Charge: £84.00 for up to 36 hours
Daily Rate: £54.00 per day for hires exceeding 36 hours
Weekly Rate: £324.00 for 7 consecutive days
Special Weekend Rate*: £84.00 flat fee
*Collection: Friday between 4pm & 5pm or Saturday between 8:30am & 12:30pm.
Return: Monday between 8:30am & 10:00am.
All prices include VAT.
Hirer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Motor Insurance
- Payment via Debit or Credit Card
- Valid Picture/Card Driving Licence (UK)
- Utility Bill issued within the last 3 months
All 4 documents must be presented at collection. Documents must be in the same name & address as the booking.
Hirer Obligations
The hirer confirms the trailer and accessories are in good condition and fit for purpose, agreeing to return them in the same condition (fair wear and tear excepted) by the agreed date.
Non-returned goods or accessories will be charged at manufacturer’s current list price.
Use Restrictions
- Not for sub-hire or lending
- Not for illegal activities
- Use limited to England & Wales unless prior consent given
- Must not be sold or otherwise transferred
The hirer must inform GT Towing immediately of any required repairs or adjustments and must not authorise third-party repairs.
Liability & Insurance
The hirer indemnifies GT Towing against all claims arising from use of the trailer.
The trailer must be insured by the hirer for all risks during hire, whether attached or detached.
When taken abroad, comprehensive insurance including UK recovery to GT Towing is mandatory.
The hirer is liable for any vehicle offences during hire, including offences related to lights, parking, waiting, loading, or unpaid street parking charges.
Charges & Fees

- £25 charge for unreturned keys
- Additional fees for late returns or failure to notify

📦 Please note: Size restrictions apply (length, width, height & weight). Royal Mail max length is 60cm. Courier max length is 1m.
GT Towing may alter the courier used without notice to best meet delivery requirements. Any resulting delays will be communicated prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to review the carriage charge after purchase and request a surcharge for any parcel exceeding courier size restrictions.
Some items are only available for collection due to size and weight. This will be indicated on the product and calculated at checkout.
Delivery outside of the UK is not available.
