Tom was an absolute dream to deal with, from first enquiry, to demonstrating how to attach/detach the towbar from our XC90 before I left. I wasn't surprised though, as this wasn't the first time we've chosen GT, having had a towbar fitted previously, as well as purchasing an upgraded roofbox from them. They offer superb value for money and service. The towbar was fitted in two hours flat. There was some really nice "surprise and delight" touches too....a free mat to kneel on when fitting the towbar, a drawstring bag to store the towbar in as well as a free number plate for my bike carrier. Their customer waiting area was so handy to work from whilst I waited - free hot drinks, a desk/chair, plus other comfy chairs, good wifi and plug sockets, TV and magazines. The range of Thule products was also excellent, and they demonstrated a couple of them to me before I left. The ability to pay by PayPal was also a real plus for me, as it enables me to spread the cost of the purchase. I will not consider anyone else in the future. Don't look any further for your towing/Thule needs!

Hired a 5x2 transporter trailer to transport one of my Discos and do a few scrap runs. Customer service was top tier, everyone was friendly and the hand over was short and sharp. Priced fairly and have good availability compared to everyone else in the area. Will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to anyone who needs a trailer.

Very good. Fitted my tow bar within about 2 hours and were very kind and accommodating to my 2 year old whilst we waited on site for the job to be done. Even gave me an adapter I needed for free!

If you are thinking of using GT Towing or any of their services, then you are doing the right thing. I was astonished at how slick and professional they were. I was expecting a good level of service and customer care, but this just hit another level. Professional, polite and efficient. Upon arrival in reception, they knew who I was and what I was there for. Tom gave me a relevant and brief presentation of where everything was, from the shop to the waiting area and the facilities I could use. Once everything had been completed, I was given a very good explanation of the works that had been carried out and how things worked. Any question I had was answered fully with precision and brevity. I had been quoted a price for the works, but when it came to paying, I was informed that my car already had some equipment on it and as a result, they did not charge me the full amount of the quotation. I look forward to using GT Towing again.
