Designed specifically for Bradley HU12 and Knott KFG35 trailer couplings, this repair kit is an ideal solution when the original threaded section of the coupling casting has become worn or damaged.

The Coupling Jockey Wheel Clamp Thread Repair Kit includes everything required to repair the damaged jockey wheel clamp thread:
- Repair bush
- Clamp handle
- Retainer pad
How Does the Coupling Thread Repair Kit Work?
The repair is designed to be straightforward and can be completed by a competent person with the appropriate tools.
- Remove the existing clamp handle and pad from the coupling.
- Drill out the damaged thread using a 20mm drill bit.
- Fit the repair bush through the coupling casting from the inside.
- Position the retainer pad inside the coupling against the repair bush.
- Screw the supplied clamp handle into the newly fitted repair bush.
- Refit the jockey wheel and check the clamp operates correctly.
Simple, practical and far less hassle than repeatedly re-tapping damaged threads or replacing the complete coupling.
